If you are looking to improve your health and body – including body fat levels – this five-week program is for you. The Total Body Overhaul Program consists of weekly 45 to 60-minute sessions, where you will be weighed and have your body fat percentage calculated (in confidence). During these sessions you will use the natural dynamics of group work, to explore and identify nutrition obstacles that are affecting your productivity and potential, and to develop realistic goals and solutions. The Total Body Overhaul Program includes:
- A personalised nutrition folder, including seven‐day eating plan and food diary
- A weekly weigh‐in and calculation of your body fat percentage
- Nutrition seminars providing practical tips and information about food groups, fat loss, muscle gain, metabolism, digestion and more.
- A one hour cooking class where you will learn new health and lifestyle strategies that you can put into practice immediately.
- Group support via email.
- A copy of Eat Taste Nourish – Zoe Bingley-Pullin’s nutrition cookbook – for each participant
