Cooking Five Session Workshops
Each cooking class will be held for two-hours including a dinner party at the end and will focus on different technique and cuisines. You’ll learn how to make delicious and healthy food fast, which will provide you with lunch or dinners for the entire week. You will take home tips on shopping, how to read food labels, and how to prepare and store food safely and effectively. The Cooking Five Session Program:
- Cooking with grains and legumes
- Asian healthy and quick cooking
- Low fat and low GI breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Healthy entertaining
- Cooking with fish
- A copy of Eat Taste Nourish – Zoe Bingley-Pullin’s nutrition cookbook – for each participant
