Nutritional Survival Package (1 Hour)


This one-hour consultation provides you with an in depth examination of your current lifestyle and eating habits, to identify areas requiring improvement or adjustment. From this one-hour consultation you will in take home the tools and knowledge necessary to take your health and wellbeing to a new level. The Nutritional Survival Package includes:

  • A one-hour consultation with Zoe Bingley-Pullin
  • Individualised nutrition booklet that takes you through the food groups, Glycaemic Index and how to read food labels
  • A seven‐day food plan tailored to your specific needs
  • Calculation of your body fat percentage
  • A nutritional plan, specifically developed based on your individual needs
  • A copy of Eat Taste Nourish – Zoe Bingley-Pullin’s nutrition cookbook.

The Lifestyle Changing Package (5 Weeks)


This extensive educational plan focuses on changing your diet as well and your lifestyle. A healthy diet is very much influenced by your habits and routine, so identifying and adjusting these can result in permanently improved health and wellbeing. In this five-week program, each session explores elements of your diet that can be enhanced. Each week I will go over your food diary, set you new tasks to focus on and do your body fat; along with fun and sustainable ways to cook, shop and enjoy food. The Lifestyle Changing Package provides you with:

  • Initial one-hour consultation with Zoe Bingley-Pullin
  • 4 x 30-minute consultations with Zoe Bingey-Pullin
  • Individualised nutrition booklet that takes you through the food groups, Glycaemic Index and how to read food labels
  • A seven‐day food plan tailored to your specific needs
  • Calculation of your body fat percentage
  • A nutritional plan, specifically developed based on your individual needs
  • A copy of Eat Taste Nourish – Zoe Bingley-Pullin’s nutrition cookbook
