Do you want easy and healthy ways to cook breakfasts, lunches and dinners? Come and join this deliciously easy and healthy class. I would love to see you in my May class as I will be cooking my new and deliciously exciting recipes, which will wet your taste buds and leave you feeling wonderfully satisfied.

I will also walk you through the fundamentals of good health, the healthiest methods to cook these dishes and others. I will teach you an incite into the nutritional values of the ingredients used and the healthiest ways to combine all foods together.

Private Cooking Classes – Cooking for time poor people

Learn how to make fast, delicious and healthy food that will last the week and provide you with lunch or dinners. You will be give tips on shopping, how to read label, preparing and storing food.

  • This cooking demonstration can be held at your home, office or at About Life.
  • The class will be held for 2 hours and caters for up to minimum 4 people and maximum 10 people
  • Handouts, recipe, and food included
  • A copy of Eat Taste Nourish Nutrition Cookbook – Fabulous food for your body and soul by Zoe Bingley-Pullin

Cost: $200 per person flexible to change based on organic seasonal menu
