Feb 24 - Healthy lunch for the office and the weekend; I will show you how to prepare lunch to take to work which is healthy and quick and a fabulous weekend lunch you can make at home.
Mar 24 -The perfect day: the menu will be breakfast, lunch and dinner that will taste great and be healthy for you. The perfect day meals – is all about the right food groups to eat throughout the whole day and good nutrition
April 21st - 3 ways with fish. Learn how to cook delicious, interesting and healthy dishes using fish.
May 26th - Vegetarian and gluten free food cooked the delicious way
June 23rd - Easy entertaining the healthy way: I love entertaining but I also love healthy and low fat food. I will show you my favourite lunch and dinner entertaining dishes
July 13th - Easy entertaining for vegetarians. Vegetarian entertaining can often be high in fat or boring. I will show you three delicious and healthy recipes.
August 25th - Healthy cooking for the whole family; kids included in this class
September 22nd - Spring back into healthy food the seasonal way yummy meals made with seasonal foods
October 20th - Detox eating that taste amazing three meals that you can eat when your detoxing or for everyday eating
November 17th - Healthy entertaining canapés, entrée and main course
December 15th - Christmas entertaining cooking with a healthy twist
